Farmer’s Market

The Summer Farmer’s Market is a project supported by Walton Wellness in partnership with Faith in Serving Humanity or FISH, The Walton County Sheriff’s Office, Saint Alban’s Episcopal Church, Social Circle First United Methodist Church and Church at the Grove. The Market provides free produce to financially burdened Walton County Citizens.

The focus of the market is not hunger. Our purpose is to provide a hands-on educational experience for our members to help support a healthy lifestyle. In addition to produce at each market we provide healthy recipes, cooking demonstrations and health checks.

The Produce
The market only provides fresh produce. The produce for the market is sourced through a combination of donations through FISH partners, local gardeners and The Field Garden at the Walton County Jail.

Market Members
Membership to the market is acquired through a registration process prior to the start of the market. Each member is given a membership card and reusable bags once registered. If you are interested in becoming a member contact us.

Vision Statement: For all market produce to be grown locally and donated to our members.
